Scrubs Finale

So, after eight years, Scrubs finally comes to an end. Oh, John Dorian. The last episode brought back alot of familiar faces and dialogue. I think the finale lived up to the Scrubs name. Although Scrubs has had a few shitty season finales, season seven being the worst in my opinion. I'm really going to miss this thirty minute haven from my real life. They didn't try to cram hundreds of half thought jokes, or over played sappy love scenes in the final episode, but instead evenly dispursed them and excellently placed one-liners and set-ups. If you don't watch Scrubs, you should. In my opinion, its one of the few shows actually worth watching.
Bill Lawrence, the creator of the show, said this about the future of Scrubs:
"Scrubs as we know it is over, although there are possibilities for the show to move forward with a new cast in a ER type role on ABC, or take a new title completely. To any who disagreed with it, saying it would tarnish Scrubs's legacy, Lawrence was quoted saying "“Legacy shmegacy. I’m really proud of the show, I’ll continue to be proud of the show, but I love all of those people...""
Although it was only confirmed that Zach Braff (JD) and Judy Reyes (Carla) are leaving, they stated that the cast will change and some characters will only be back "part time." I think characters like Turk and Dr. Cox cemented there role by being promoted to higher positions during the final season, while others like Elliot and former C.O.M. Bob Kelso hinted at part time roles. Regaurdless the original cast of Scrubs will be missed.

Viva La Scrubs Season 1-8 (Minus the season 7 finale)
